is 9am to early for lunch

I have been in a PMS fatigue, like sucks funk the last couple weeks.

Eating to much garbage and not enough good fuel. 

Also not getting nearly enough exercise and days and days in a row of getting NONE.

Today I had to be at work at 5:30 in the morning.  I ate my cereal and soymilk at 4:20 in the morning.  I ate my banana at about 7 and here it is almost a whopping 9am and my stomach is growling.

I know that if I ignore it, drink a big glass of water it will buy me a little time.  However I do have a yummy cheese sandwich in the fridge I could eat. hmmmm. 

Choices.

    If you are having breakfast at 4:20am, then 9am is a logical time for lunch! Why don’t you try skipping the 4am breakfast (are you even awake or hungry at that time?) and have breakfast at 7am? Then your banana at 10:30 and lunch at noon? And always be good to you!
